    What is the accuracy rate of our captions?

    For good quality English and Chinese-speaking videos, the accuracy rate is about 98%. However, Accents, speaking dialects, background music, and noise might slightly affect its accuracy.

    How do I pay for the video captions?

    Please subscribe to our Zeemo Pro, Zeemo Expert, or Zeemo Business Membership. The Transcription Time in your account will be the accumulated lengths of your videos that use the video captions function. Please go to our Pricing Page for more information.

    How long does it take to automatically add subtitles to a video?

    Depending on the video length and our system workload, in general, a video within 1 hour can take about 5-10 minutes.

    I received an email notification that the captioning is completed, where can I check the result?

    You can log in to your Workspace -> Projects to check your completed videos.

    Can I leave the website while waiting for subtitles recognition/video export?

    Yes! Feel free to leave the website, or even close the website. Our system will continue the transcription process on the cloud.

    How to use the downloaded srt subtitle file?

    You can import the .srt subtitle files into a video player to view the text. Import the .srt file into other video editing software for further editing.

    Subtitles appear to have a black background when imported to other video editors. How should I remove it?

    Please try the following 1. Open the srt file in the other video editor 2. Select the background color and adjust the opacity to 0% For details, please check how to edit your subtitle opacity in your video editor

    Why my subtitle becomes blurry after exporting?

    Subtitles and video are displayed separately at Editor preview. They are then composited into a single video file. The quality of the subtitles might be slightly affects by the compisition process.

    Will the exported video compress the image quality?

    No, Zeemo supports original quality export. The video export will not affect the picture quality.

    What is our refund policy?

    If you subscribed to your membership on our website within 48 hrs and have not used any credits, you can contact support@zeemo.ai for refunding. If you subscribed to your membership through App Store or Google Play, please go to the specific platform for refunding.

    How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can go to your platform that starts your subscription to cancel. If you subscribe to your membership on our website, please go to your account setting page on our website for cancellation. If you subscribe to your membership with App Store or Google Play, please go to the specific platform for cancellation.

    Video screen not displayed properly and the Editor keep prompting error codes. What should I do?

    You can clear the cache and try again. If there is still a problem, please email support@zeemo.ai

    I downloaded and imported the .srt file into another video editor, but the adjustment of subtitle position/size/font did not show up. What should I do?

    Please try the following: Keep the other editor running Open the .srt file with Notepad Make any changes to the .srt file It should trigger the editor to refresh and recover. If it still doesn’t work, please delete the .srt file in the editor and try re-import it again.
